Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join a leading eye care team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and managing a full spectrum of pediatric eye conditions, with a strong commitment to child-centered care and surgical excellence. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat pediatric eye disorders including strabismus, amblyopia, congenital cataracts, and refractive errors. Perform pediatric ophthalmic surgeries and laser procedures as needed. Conduct comprehensive eye exams tailored to infants, children, and adolescents. Collaborate with orthoptists, pediatricians, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care. Educate families on treatment plans and long-term visual development. Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology Fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology (preferred) Minimum 3–5 years post-specialization experience in pediatric eye care DHA eligibility or licensure preferred Arabic-speaking preferred, but open to strong profiles regardless of gender or language 🌟 Desirable Attributes Skilled in pediatric surgical techniques and child-friendly communication Experience with pediatric visual screening programs and school outreach Strong teamwork and patient education skills Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence Salary: 80000 - 90000 AED Per month
