We are currently seeking a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon to join our team at Allocation Assist Middle East in Abu Dhabi. As a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to pediatric patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from newborns to adolescents, and utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the patient's condition- Develop and implement treatment plans based on the patient's individual needs- Perform surgical procedures, including casting, corrective surgeries, and fracture repair- Monitor and follow up on patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly- Educate patients and their families on preventative measures and post-treatment care- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient- Keep updated with the latest medical advancements and techniques in pediatric orthopedics- Participate in staff meetings, educational events, and conferences to share knowledge and expertise- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards in patient care and practice management. Requirements:- Medical degree from an accredited institution- Board certification in Pediatric Orthopedics- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Orthopedic in a hospital or clinical setting- Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans- Proficient in performing surgical procedures and using the latest medical technology- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.
