Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic. This role involves the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and adolescents, working closely with families and allied healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric mental health conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and medication management where appropriate Provide ongoing follow-up and monitoring of patients’ progress Work collaboratively with psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, nurses, and school counselors Engage and support families, offering education and guidance in Arabic and English as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical meetings Adhere to DHA regulations, ethical standards, and best clinical practices Required Qualifications & Experience Fluency in Arabic (essential); strong English communication skills required Proven experience working with children in a clinical setting Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills Culturally sensitive approach to patient care Preferred Skills & Attributes Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient-centered approach Strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive tax-free salary package Support with relocation and licensing (where applicable) Modern clinical facilities and supportive work environment Opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric population in a growing healthcare sector Salary: 80000 - 90000 AED Per month
