Job Title: Consultant Pediatric Rehabilitation (American Board) - Dubai Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate consultant in pediatric rehabilitation who can provide comprehensive and specialized care to our pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will be an American board-certified physician with extensive experience working in a rehabilitation setting. You will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, creating tailored treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including physical, cognitive, and emotional assessments. • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. • Administer a variety of rehabilitative therapies, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Educate patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to improve rehabilitation outcomes. • Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. • Stay informed about the latest breakthroughs and advancements in pediatric rehabilitation. Qualifications: • American Board certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation. • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Pediatric Rehabilitation Consultant. • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current practices and protocols. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
