Job Summary We are seeking a Consultant in Pediatric Rehabilitation to assess and manage children with physical, developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. The role focuses on improving function, mobility, independence, and quality of life through multidisciplinary rehabilitation care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage pediatric rehabilitation cases (e.g., cerebral palsy, developmental delay, neuromuscular disorders) Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and treatment goals Lead and coordinate physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate families on home-based rehabilitation programs Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to UAE healthcare standards Requirements Consultant qualification in Pediatric Rehabilitation, PM&R, Pediatrics, Neurology, or Orthopedics with rehab experience Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience Eligible for DHA/DOH medical licensing Strong clinical and leadership skills Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage) Work Environment Multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation setting Modern healthcare facility in Dubai Focus on evidence-based and patient-centered care Salary: 80000 - 90000 AED Per month
