Description

#KGS Responsibilities: * Working with an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead and deliver performance transformation projects across sectors such as industrial manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, industrials), TMT space, C&R etc. * Actively building and managing the relationship and interface with international KPMG Strategy and other deal advisory professionals * For small to Medium engagements, being actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery * Being responsible for design and quality of deliverables * Managing and contributing to the development of junior staff * Supporting KPMG onshore teams or leading business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management * Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development

Responsibilities

The consultant will lead and deliver performance transformation projects across various industrial sectors while managing relationships with international stakeholders. They are also responsible for overseeing junior staff, ensuring deliverable quality, and supporting business development initiatives.
