About the Role:We are currently seeking a Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our team in Al Ain. As a Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to individuals with physical disabilities or impairments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and manage patients' progress towards optimum physical functionality and well-being. Key Responsibilities:• Diagnose and treat patients with various physical disabilities or impairments.• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, symptoms, and goals.• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.• Conduct thorough evaluations and follow-up assessments to monitor patients' progress.• Educate patients and their families about the treatment methods and techniques used in their rehabilitation program.• Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records and document all patient care activities.• Stay current with developments in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation and participate in continuous medical education and training activities. Requirements:• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.• Board certification or equivalent in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.• Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.• Experience in managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities or impairments.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
