POSITION DESCRIPTION: Inadev is seeking an experienced entrepreneurial consulting professional responsible for supporting client engagements through structured analysis, high quality deliverables, and effective collaboration with client and firm leadership. This role is ideal for individuals demonstrating entrepreneurial aptitude, leadership, independence, sound judgment, and strong client facing skills. This individual is expected to manage discrete workstreams, lead problem solving efforts, and serve as a leader on complex engagements while demonstrating consulting, industry, and leadership capabilities. RESPONSIBILITES: Client Delivery & Engagement Support Execute large workstreams within consulting engagements, delivering high quality analyses and client ready materials Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis, including data collection, modeling, benchmarking, and synthesis of findings Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive level presentations Own the development of project plans, work products, and status reporting Command client meetings, workshops, and working sessions, effectively communicating findings and recommendations Problem Solving & Analysis Apply structured problem solving approaches consistent with leading consulting methodologies Identify risks, issues, and dependencies within assigned workstreams and escalate appropriately Develop hypotheses, test assumptions, and refine solutions based on evidence and stakeholder input Collaboration & Team Contribution Work closely with Managers, Senior Consultants, and client stakeholders to drive engagement success Provide guidance and informal mentoring to Analysts or Associate Consultants Contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and adaptability Firm & Practice Development Own sections or enter small proposal development, including research, content drafting, and pricing Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and practice thought leadership Demonstrate expertise in one or more industry, functional, or technical areas aligned to firm priorities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Inadev Corporation does not discriminate against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation/gender identity, or national origin. Requirements NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Northern Virginia/DC/MD area as required. Must have the ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance. Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to prioritize and self-start. Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift. Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement. Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks. Must enjoy working with a vibrant team of outgoing personalities. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, (or related field). Must possess at least 8 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, or professional service. Must have demonstrable experienced in SEC Rulemaking and process flows, preference for SEC EDGAR rules and product ownership to accomplish the rules Must have proven experience producing client ready deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, client driven environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Prior experience at a Big 6 (or comparable large) consulting firm strongly preferred.
