A series of recommendations were identified, including the need to strengthen IOM’s Victim-Centred Approach. Over the past decade, IOM has increasingly been seen as a strong player supporting PSEAH efforts within the United Nations (UN), Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC), and amongst the humanitarian community. IOM's strategic approach to PSEAH focuses on five priority areas: 1) Leadership and Organizational Culture; 2) Institutional Accountability and Transparency; 3) Capacity-Development, Training and Communication; 4) Quality and Accessible Victim Assistance; 5) Partnership and Coordination. IOM’s PSEAH strategy prioritizes ensuring access to quality, timely and safe assistance for victims/survivors of SEAH.  Building on ongoing efforts to strengthen IOM’s response to victims/survivors, the consultant will work closely with the global SEAH case management team to further develop global tools, guidance, training materials and analytical outputs to support IOM operations.   Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing   Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment (PSEAH) / Office of Ethics, and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment (OEP). 
Responsibilities
The consultant will work with the global SEAH case management team to develop tools, guidance, and training materials to strengthen IOM's victim-centered approach. They will also produce analytical outputs to support IOM operations and PSEAH priority areas.
