Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand patient needs and mental health status. Diagnose and manage a variety of mental health disorders, creating tailored treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapies and medications to improve patient outcomes. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care. Provide education about mental health conditions, treatments, and coping strategies to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and complete patient records, documenting assessments and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on psychiatric practices. Medical degree and specialization in Psychiatry from a recognized institution. Board certification in Psychiatry is essential. Active medical license to practice psychiatry. Proven track record of experience in psychiatric care and managing various mental health issues. In-depth knowledge of therapeutic techniques and medication management. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.
