About the Program

headspace Early Psychosis is a nationally recognised leader in youth mental health, delivering evidence-based, recovery-focused care under the renowned Orygen EPPIC model. The program comprises three integrated teams:

  • Mobile Assessment & Treatment Team (MATT)
  • Continuing Care Team (CCT)
  • Functional Recovery Team (FRT)

As a Consultant Psychologist, you’ll shape treatment pathways, mentor clinicians, and be part of a large MDT with a wide variety of specialty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to clinicians delivering youth-friendly, evidence-based interventions
  • Provide co-therapy in complex care cases when appropriate
  • Facilitate team training and professional development
  • Support clinical review processes, quality assurance and research activities
  • Champion a recovery-focused, person-centred culture of hope and resilience
  • Work as part of the leadership team and influence strategy and opportunities for improvement
