As a Consultant Radiation Oncologist, you will be responsible for managing the treatment of patients with cancer utilizing radiation therapy, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose patients with cancer and determine appropriate radiation therapy treatment plans. Administer radiation treatments and monitor patient responses throughout the course of therapy. Collaborate with medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, and other specialists to create comprehensive cancer care plans. Educate patients and their families about radiation treatment procedures, side effects, and coping strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with health regulations. Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to research initiatives in radiation oncology. Stay updated with advancements in radiation oncology and treatment technologies. Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Radiation Oncology. Board certification in Radiation Oncology. Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region. Significant experience in radiation therapy and cancer management. Proficient in modern radiation treatment techniques and technologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
