Key Responsibilities Perform thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients with cancer. Create and implement individualized radiation therapy treatment plans. Administer radiation treatments and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with medical and surgical oncologists and other specialists. Educate patients and families about the treatment process and available resources. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Engage in continuing education and research efforts within the field of radiation oncology. M.D. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, with specialization in Radiation Oncology. Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required. Active medical license to practice. Extensive experience in radiation therapy and management of cancer patients. Familiarity with the latest radiation techniques and technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare teams.
