Description
Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager, Sales Strategy & Analysis in facilitating the annual sales quota and sales incentive plans.
  • Deliver high quality forecasting and sales performance reports, charts and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence to enhance revenue visibility .
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform and support management decision making.
  • Develop periodic and ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning and sales management.
  • Establish and enforce best practices around opportunity & account management to ensure accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Track key sales performance indicators to identify trends and inform decision-making for performance improvement and revenue growth .
  • Collaborate with the sales team on account planning, territory realignment, and account transfers .
  • Analyze sales incentive programs to maximize revenue and achieve strategic goals ( e.g. pipeline build, revenue close, etc.).
  • Support the preparation of executive-ready presentations for senior leaders and executives.
  • Additional ad-hoc assignments as directed to meet business needs.
    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
