YOUR ROLE

• Holistic consulting: You will support our clients in designing modern customer journeys across the entire platform – from the initial idea to go-live.
• Analysis & Design: You gather requirements, model business processes and translate them into technical solution designs (e.g. for sales, service or marketing).
• Platform configuration: You implement solutions in Salesforce, leveraging the full potential of the Salesforce platform - from Sales/Service to Experience and Marketing to Industries.
• Innovation & Data: You integrate innovative features such as Einstein AI, Agentforce and the Data Cloud to create personalized customer experiences in real time.
• Teamwork & Responsibility: You will work in interdisciplinary, cross-cloud teams and independently manage (sub-)projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Depending on your seniority, you will assume technical leadership of team members and actively support our sales team in proposal creation and pre-sales phases.
• Continuous development: You stay up-to-date through Trailheads, certifications, and the exchange within our vibrant Salesforce community.

YOUR PROFILE

• Salesforce foundation: You are proficient in the Salesforce platform and have several years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Education & Qualification:  You have completed vocational training or a degree in (business) informatics or possess a comparable technical qualification.
• Professional domains: You bring in-depth knowledge in at least one area, be it CRM processes (Sales/Service) or marketing automation (Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement), and are keen to look beyond the confines of your previous domain.
• Methodology: You have a feel for data models and understand how to translate complex business logic into technical processes, and you love solving problems, taking responsibility, and strategically developing customers.
• Certifications: You already possess Salesforce certifications, e.g., Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Consultant, FSL, Revenue Cloud.
• AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging the potential of AI.
• Language skills:  With very good German and good English skills, you communicate confidently in both technical and professional contexts.
