KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Design, build, and maintain reliable custom processes with Apex code, Visualforce, LWC, and flows following best practices.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API.
  • Deploy changes from development to UAT and production using Gearset and Visual Studio Code.
  • Play a key role in system and application design considering scalability, configurability, maintainability and adaptability of the solution.
  • Assist in documentation of solutions, and guides in Confluence.
  • Gather requirements and create user stories in Jira.
  • Perform development, unit testing, implementation as it relates to Salesforce.com software.
  • Evaluate business requirements and determine potential Salesforce-enabled components (Should be able to determine when to use customization vs configuration)
  • Work closely with System Administrators and Business Analysts to groom business requirements, and act as a Business Analyst as needed.
  • Lead the identification of opportunities to use salesforce automation.
  • Provide technical assistance in overall solution design and implementation, and assist System Administrators, and act as a System Admin as needed.
  • Assist Systems Team and Head of Technology and Innovation Strategy with system initiatives other than Salesforce.
