Job Description We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on support, implementation, and integration in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Timely resolution of support tickets within SLA Meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets Managing ticket ageing effectively Identifying and resolving recurring issues (Problem Tickets) Contributing to SAP projects, including travel to client locations The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working. To achieve these goals, The qualifications and experience required for the role focused on support, implementation, and integration tools: Core Requirements: Graduate degree with SAP FICO Certification (Commerce/Finance/Costing background preferred). 2–5 years of experience in SAP FICO Consulting. Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling). Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA. SAP Implementation experience (preferred). In-depth knowledge of manufacturing business processes. Experience with period-end closing and integration activities. Integration experience with SD, MM, and PS modules. Proficiency in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support. Strong project documentation skills. Bonus / Preferred Skills ITIL certification or awareness of ITIL processes. Experience with ServiceNow (incident management, ticketing). Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager. Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and user-exits. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards. Qualifications Graduate degree with SAP FICO Certification (Commerce/Finance/Costing background preferred).
