Job Overview
We at Secure Healthcare are seeking an experienced Consultant level Doctor to join the dedicated team at West Cumberland Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional medical care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is a locum position with ongoing work at a minimum of 6 months.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Medicine or equivalent.
• In-date certifications in:
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS)
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Proven experience at a consultant level in a UK hospital setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in General Medicine.
• Lead ward rounds, clinics, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Supervise and support junior doctors and medical staff.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotas as required.
