We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals specializing in Talent Management solutions to join Deloitte’s leading SuccessFactors team. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you will play a key role in designing and implementing SuccessFactors solutions that empower organisations to optimize their talent strategies.

CONNECT TO YOUR SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • SuccessFactors certification in one or more Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning Management, Talent Intelligence Hub) is highly desirable.
  • Experience implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of talent management processes, best practices, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their talent management needs and design tailored solutions using SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning Management System (LMS), and Talent Intelligence Hub.
  • Lead or participate in client workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and demonstrate functionality.
  • Configure and test relevant SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Support the sales process by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors practice through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SuccessFactors releases and functionalities within the Talent Management suite.
