Job Description Responsibilities: Work with global, product and other cross functional teams to build consultant ability in China service organization and ensures the advanced model in the market. Work with global team, especially USCAN team to learn consultant service methodology, and drive strategic localization and productization, adapt the US Consultant service(MATS) model into a China-specific roadmap that elevates value by integrating operations, clinical optimization, and AI while scaling custom projects into standardized, replicable modules to reduce costs and increase margins. Work with Product team to build consultant service model. Build consultant service selling team and fulfillment team. Drive growth through digital and AI, scale Hospital Management Optimization (HMO) to implementations, leverage Asset Performance Management data to create decision-support products and transform diversified customer needs into standardized consulting solutions for asset allocation and cost management. Work with sales team to sell consultant service. Make sure the framework, practice and business model align with customer needs and keep the advanced competitiveness in the market. Work with clinic and lean team to combine those technologies as customers’ needs to win the market. Maximize clinical value and product synergy, integrate existing tools into scenario-specific clinical packages and close the loop by linking data insights to proactive sales of software and upgrades that directly improve clinical outcomes. Enhance training and resource enablement, productize our consulting portfolio by incorporating Lean Management and essential hospital training using internal resources, while standardizing delivery through scalable modules. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above and 8 years’ work experience (5 years in healthcare industries, medical equipment service experience is preferred) Very good at strategic and logic thinking. Good ability of coordination and combine resources to layout solutions. Good communication and interpretation.
