Job Description In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Consultant Services Coordinator and our medical consultants and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll provide high-quality administrative and scheduling support, help onboard new consultants, and ensure all accreditations, training and schedules remain up to date. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting consultants with scheduling, availability updates and weekly summaries. Assisting with onboarding, CV updates, accreditation tracking and training reminders. Coordinating with travel teams for out-of-office assessments. Maintaining and supporting use of the Consultant Portal and resources. Identifying opportunities to optimise service and schedules. Representing Lex Medicus at seminars, events and on social media. Contributing to business development and team training activities. Please note that the specific tasks listed in this description are not all inclusive. Qualifications Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail. – Essential Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate successful outcomes with consultants. - Essential Legal, insurance or medical industry experience – desirable Additional Information Why join us?
