What you’ll achieve As a Marketing Consultant, you will lead the strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and partnership development efforts that underpin SMB marketing success. This includes connecting global strategy with local execution, strengthening relationships across internal teams and industry partners, and influencing key growth initiatives through insightful planning and collaboration. You will: Lead strategic marketing planning efforts for the SMB segment, defining growth priorities and resource alignment in partnership with global and regional teams. Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Communications. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry partners, distributors, and ecosystem collaborators to amplify market reach and accelerate demand generation. Translate market insights and partner feedback into actionable strategies that shape Dell’s SMB portfolio positioning and customer engagement approach. Guide the team in designing, localizing, and executing innovative programs and campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Play a leadership role within the Field Marketing organization, fostering collaboration, innovation, and best practice sharing across teams and regions. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners. Strong analytical and planning capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear direction and recommendations. Passion for the SMB market, understanding of partner ecosystems, and a collaborative approach to driving shared success. Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience working in regional or global technology organizations.
