We are looking for a passionate and experienced Consultant Social Worker to join our supportive and well-established team in Taunton, Somerset.

In this role, you will:

• Lead assessments for 3–4 families, supported by a dedicated Team Around the Family
• Build meaningful relationships to ensure fair, robust, and evidence-based outcomes
• Collaborate with professionals including Clinical Psychologists, Family Support Workers, and Social Work Assistants
• Develop your skills in supervision, intervention, and areas of personal interest through ongoing training and reflective practice
