Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. Spearhead the configuration of ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers, including Oracle GLAS Discovery, VMware, and other infrastructure components critical for SAM. Setup integrations for SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP to facilitate comprehensive SAM data collection. Configure SaaS integrations for major publishers like Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce, and others, enhancing software asset visibility and control. Set up cloud cost management for platforms like Azure and Google, optimizing cloud spend and resource allocation. Perform basic ServiceNow administrative tasks, including plugin enablement, update set management, and service catalog configurations. Apply foundational knowledge of CMDB and CSDM to ensure effective configuration management. Utilize basic software asset management expertise to handle entitlement loads, model normalization, and reconciliation processes. Demonstrated proficiency in licensing for at least one software publisher is preferred.
