As a Consultant - Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex arrhythmias, performing advanced electrophysiology studies, and undertaking catheter ablation procedures. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and optimize clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of patients with complex cardiac rhythm disorders Perform electrophysiology procedures including diagnostic studies and catheter ablations Develop and implement patient-centered treatment strategies in collaboration with healthcare teams Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory standards Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cardiac electrophysiology and contribute to continuous improvement Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid licensure for clinical practice Board certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology is mandatory Proven experience in a private healthcare setting is preferred Expertise in performing and interpreting complex electrophysiology studies and ablation techniques Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team collaboration Strong clinical judgment, analytical skills, and detail orientation Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams Commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in patient care Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
