SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opportunity for a Consultant/Specialist Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team. This crucial role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with a variety of conditions related to the colon, rectum, and anus. As a Consultant/Specialist in Colon and Rectal Surgery, you will leverage your expertise to perform complex surgical procedures and provide comprehensive non-surgical management options. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in enhancing patient care through innovative treatment approaches. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations of patients. Order, interpret, and discuss diagnostic tests, including colonoscopies and imaging studies. Formulate individualized treatment plans for both surgical and non-surgical options. Perform a variety of surgical procedures related to colorectal health, including minimally invasive techniques. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure the best patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and available treatment options. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly. Engage in continuous education to remain updated with the latest advancements in the field. Maintain high standards of patient safety and ethical practice. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and an active medical license. Completion of a General Surgery residency followed by a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery. Demonstrable experience in diagnosing and treating colorectal diseases. High level of proficiency in performing various surgical procedures related to colon and rectal health. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
