SearchPlus HR is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Shar (Specialist in Health and Rehabilitation). This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance towards their health and rehabilitation goals. As a Shar, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and providing ongoing support throughout the recovery process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive approach tailored to each client's unique situation. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of clients' health and rehabilitation needs Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans Provide support and education to clients and their families Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients Stay updated on the latest best practices and advancements in health and rehabilitation Requirements: Relevant degree in healthcare, rehabilitation, or a related field Previous experience in health or rehabilitation services is preferred Strong assessment and evaluation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the field
