JOB DESCRIPTION:

ZIA Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant / Specialist General Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time, revenue share basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert surgical consultations, performing a variety of general surgical procedures, and contributing to the overall clinical excellence and patient care standards at the center.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• MBBS with specialization in General Surgery (Master’s Degree or equivalent required)
• Valid license/registration to practice in Dubai
• Minimum of 8–10 years of post-specialization experience
• Proven record of successful surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• DHA License (Required)

• Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and diagnoses in line with clinical guidelines
• Perform general surgical procedures, both elective and emergency, within the scope of practice
• Collaborate with internal medical and diagnostic departments for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to best clinical practices, patient safety protocols, and infection control standards
• Participate in patient education, pre- and post-operative care, and follow-up
• Contribute to departmental development, quality initiatives, and CME programs as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare professionals
