SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated and experienced Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon to join our esteemed network of healthcare providers. You will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating a wide array of hand and upper extremity conditions, using your expertise to improve the quality of life for your patients. In this position, you will be tasked with evaluating patients, creating tailored treatment plans, and performing various surgical procedures related to hand injuries and disorders. Your collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will be essential in delivering comprehensive care and achieving optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough assessments and accurate diagnoses for hand and upper limb conditions. Design personalized treatment protocols based on individual patient needs. Conduct surgical interventions including tendon repairs, carpal tunnel releases, and reconstructive surgeries. Apply the latest surgical techniques and technology to enhance surgical performance and recovery. Collaborate with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to facilitate effective rehabilitation programs. Stay updated with the latest advances in hand surgery and participate in continuous professional education. Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon. Completion of a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery, along with a fellowship in Hand Surgery. Proven track record in diagnosing and managing hand and upper extremity conditions. Significant experience with a diverse range of hand surgical procedures. Strong grasp of contemporary microsurgical techniques and treatment options. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative healthcare environment.
