SearchPlus HR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon to join our distinguished healthcare team. This role is integral to providing specialized surgical care for patients with various hand and upper extremity conditions. As a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating complex hand injuries and disorders. You will work closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans, perform advanced surgical procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and accurate diagnoses of hand and upper extremity conditions. Design and implement tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Perform surgical procedures including but not limited to tendon repairs, carpal tunnel releases, and reconstructive surgeries. Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to enhance patient recovery and satisfaction. Collaborate with physical and occupational therapists to establish effective rehabilitation programs. Stay current with advancements in hand surgery through ongoing education and training initiatives. Medical degree and a valid license to practice in the capacity of Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon. Completion of a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery, along with a fellowship in Hand Surgery. Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of hand and upper extremity conditions. Extensive surgical experience in performing hand procedures with precision and care. Strong knowledge of microsurgical techniques and current treatment modalities. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare colleagues. Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Able to function both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
