SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare network. In this vital role, you will utilize your expertise to provide high-quality surgical care for patients experiencing various hand and upper extremity conditions. Your primary responsibilities will involve comprehensive clinical assessments, precise diagnoses, and the implementation of effective treatment strategies. You will perform surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery for your patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed evaluations and accurate diagnoses of hand and upper extremity disorders. Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and conditions. Perform complex surgical procedures, including but not limited to tendon repairs, nerve decompressions, and joint reconstructions. Apply advanced surgical techniques with a focus on improving patient outcomes and satisfaction. Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with advancements in hand surgery. Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon. Completion of an accredited orthopedic or plastic surgery residency, followed by a fellowship in hand surgery. Demonstrated skill and experience in diagnosing and managing various hand conditions. Extensive background in performing a wide range of hand surgeries, with a focus on quality patient care. Strong knowledge of microsurgical techniques and current rehabilitative practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and a healthcare team. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to operate both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare environment. Commitment to ongoing education and staying informed about the latest developments in the field.
