We are currently in search of a Consultant/Specialist in Implantology to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in delivering state-of-the-art dental implant services, significantly enhancing patients' oral health. As a Consultant/Specialist in Implantology, your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, formulating customized treatment plans, and executing advanced surgical procedures. We seek a dedicated professional who is passionate about patient care and has a strong background in implantology. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' oral health to determine the appropriateness of dental implants. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Execute a range of surgical procedures associated with dental implant placements, including complex techniques such as bone grafting and sinus lifts. Collaborate with dental laboratories to ensure the accurate design and fabrication of high-quality prosthetic restorations. Monitor the healing process post-surgery and manage follow-up care for optimal patient outcomes. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in implantology to enhance clinical practice. Educate patients on their treatment options, procedures, and aftercare to promote understanding and compliance. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active licensure in implantology. Extensive experience in implantology with a successful history of handling complex cases. Strong knowledge of surgical techniques including but not limited to bone grafting and sinus lifting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Doctorate of dental surgery or dental medicine. State license and malpractice insurance. Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required. Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications. Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records. Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics. Good management skills.
