As a Consultant/Specialist Ophthalmologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating eye conditions and diseases. With your expertise in ophthalmology, you will provide specialized care to patients and contribute to improving their visual health. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive eye examinations Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as visual field tests, tonometry, and OCT scans Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, including refractive errors, cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration Perform surgical procedures, such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and corneal transplantation Prescribe medications and provide non-surgical treatments, such as laser therapy and injections Monitor and manage complications associated with eye diseases and surgeries Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of ophthalmology through continuous learning and professional development Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Ophthalmologist Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions and diseases Expertise in performing ophthalmologic surgeries, such as cataract surgery and LASIK Strong knowledge of ophthalmology principles, practices, and treatment options Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex ophthalmological issues Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
