In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing various ocular conditions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient care and ensuring optimal visual health outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assessments to evaluate patient conditions. Diagnose and manage a range of ophthalmic disorders, including cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal issues. Perform clinical procedures and surgeries as necessary, such as cataract extraction, LASIK, and other ocular surgeries. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Educate patients and their families about eye conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient management. Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in the field of ophthalmology. Medical degree with a specialization in Ophthalmology and valid medical license to practice. Extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating ocular conditions. Proficiency in performing a variety of ophthalmic surgical procedures. Strong understanding of current ophthalmological practices and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
