Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and evaluate patients' medical histories. Diagnose and manage various eye diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy. Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery and LASIK, ensuring adherence to best practices. Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to monitor and assess patients' ocular health. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs. Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Engage in continual professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology. Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology and a valid medical license. Significant experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of ophthalmic conditions. Proficiency in performing a range of surgical procedures in ophthalmology. Deep knowledge of current best practices in eye care and treatment methodologies. Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
