We are currently seeking a dedicated Consultant/Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon to join our esteemed client’s healthcare team. Position Overview The Consultant/Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for providing comprehensive care, including the diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with complex oral and dental conditions. This role entails working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-focused services. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ oral health and formulate accurate diagnoses Develop and implement customized treatment plans that may necessitate surgical intervention Perform advanced surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, dental implants, and reconstructive surgeries Monitor and manage patient recovery throughout pre-operative and post-operative phases Educate patients on procedures and provide guidance on oral health maintenance Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in oral and dental surgery Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Current dental license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in oral and dental surgery Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and oral health management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong clinical reasoning abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in dentistry Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
