Position Overview The Consultant/Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex oral and dental issues, providing patients with comprehensive surgical and non-surgical treatment options. This position will require a strong commitment to patient care, surgical proficiency, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnostics to identify oral health issues Develop custom treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Perform a range of surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, and reconstructive surgeries Oversee post-operative care and ensure smooth patient recovery Educate patients and their families about oral health and treatment options Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve overall patient care Stay updated on the latest advancements in oral and dental surgery Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Active dental license in the relevant jurisdiction A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in oral and dental surgery Strong expertise in surgical procedures and patient management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a professional healthcare setting Commitment to continuous professional development and education in the field Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
