Position Overview The Consultant/Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex oral health issues while performing advanced surgical procedures. This position requires a commitment to excellence, patient-centered care, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth assessments and diagnostics for patients with various oral and dental conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include surgical interventions Execute various surgical procedures, including but not limited to extractions, dental implants, and major reconstructive surgeries Oversee post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery outcomes Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-operative care Stay updated with the latest advancements in oral and dental surgery techniques and technologies Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Active dental license to practice in the jurisdiction required Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in oral and dental surgery In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures and oral health management Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions quickly Commitment to continuous education and professional growth in the field Collaborative approach to patient care within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
