Provide thorough pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery. Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, and post-operative care guidelines. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Engage in professional development and contribute to research initiatives when applicable. Qualifications: Medical degree with a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Completion of residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Demonstrated experience in performing complex surgical procedures in the oral and maxillofacial region. Strong palpation, diagnostic, and surgical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
