SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will be responsible for providing expert care and consultation to patients experiencing complex oral health issues. Your expertise will enhance patient outcomes and contribute to an innovative and collaborative healthcare environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients with oral health disorders. Analyze medical histories, symptoms, and laboratory results to formulate accurate diagnoses. Design and implement individualized treatment plans for managing oral diseases and disorders. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and biopsies, to assess patient conditions. Administer minor surgical procedures necessary for treatment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care and improve healthcare delivery. Engage in research and continuous education to stay updated on advancements in oral medicine. Active degree in Dentistry with specialization in Oral Medicine. Valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine. Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of oral health conditions. Strong proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and formulating treatment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases. Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address patient needs effectively. 30 Days Annual Leave (Paid). Annual Air Fare for self & family.
