SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a dedicated Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be entrusted with the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients suffering from various oral health conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing optimal care and improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough oral examinations and assess patients’ medical histories to diagnose oral diseases. Order and analyze diagnostic tests such as X-rays, biopsies, and other imaging studies. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Manage the treatment of complex oral health conditions, including chronic pain, oral mucosal diseases, and cancers. Perform surgical procedures as required, including biopsies and the removal of lesions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and manage interdisciplinary referrals. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in oral medicine. Degree in Dentistry with specialization in Oral Medicine. Valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine. Significant experience in diagnosing and managing various oral health disorders. Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging and laboratory results. Strong understanding of the principles and practices in oral medicine. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient management. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse patient load. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex clinical challenges. 30 Days Annual Leave (Paid). Annual Air Fare for self & family.
