SearchPlus HR is actively searching for a talented and experienced Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for orthodontics and a commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care. As a Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with dental and facial irregularities, planning and executing individualized orthodontic treatment strategies. You will use a variety of orthodontic appliances and techniques to ensure optimal outcomes, while fostering a patient-centered approach that promotes confidence and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Perform thorough evaluations and diagnoses of dental and facial conditions Create customized treatment plans for patients based on assessment findings Utilize orthodontic appliances, including braces, aligners, and retainers, for treatment Monitor and adjust patient treatments to ensure progress toward goals Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and oral hygiene practices Collaborate with other dental and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and practices Maintain detailed and organized patient records and documentation Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited residency program in Orthodontics Board certification or eligibility in Orthodontics Proven experience in orthodontic assessment and treatment Comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic techniques and appliances Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills Commitment to lifelong learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends Empathetic and patient-focused approach in delivering care Working Time is Full Time.
