SearchPlus HR is thrilled to announce a new opening for a Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist to join our esteemed healthcare team. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional orthodontic care to patients of all ages. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing orthodontic problems and developing customized treatment plans to correct dental and facial irregularities. You will utilize advanced techniques and tools to apply braces, retainers, and aligners while closely monitoring your patients' progress to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive orthodontic evaluations using diagnostic tools such as X-rays and dental impressions Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Fabricate and apply orthodontic appliances, including braces, clear aligners, and retainers Monitor treatment progress and modify plans as necessary to achieve optimal results Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-treatment care Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and specialist colleagues Stay abreast of advancements in orthodontic treatments and technologies Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation Comply with relevant health regulations and ethical standards in practice Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Board certification or eligibility in orthodontics Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating orthodontic conditions Strong understanding of orthodontic principles, procedures, and technologies Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients A collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach to care Dedication to continuous learning and professional improvement Empathy and understanding towards patient concerns and treatment goals Working Time is Full Time.
