SearchPlus HR is thrilled to invite applications for the position of Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will focus on diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities in patients, primarily through the application of orthodontic techniques. As a Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist, you will leverage your expertise to create tailored treatment plans, utilize various orthodontic appliances, and ensure the highest quality of care in a patient-centered environment. Your role will be crucial in enhancing patients' smiles and overall oral health. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations to diagnose orthodontic issues Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals Administer and manage orthodontic appliances, including braces and clear aligners Regularly monitor patient progress, making adjustments as necessary Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and oral hygiene Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care Remain knowledgeable about the latest advancements in orthodontics Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation Adhere to ethical standards and maintain a safe clinical environment Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school Completion of a residency program in Orthodontics Active license to practice orthodontics in the respective jurisdiction Demonstrated experience in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment Familiarity with contemporary orthodontic procedures and technology Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Commitment to continuous professional development and education Empathetic and responsive approach to patient care Working Time is Full Time.
