SearchPlus HR is thrilled to announce an opening for a Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized orthodontic care to patients of all ages, helping them achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. Your role will encompass diagnosing orthodontic issues, developing customized treatment plans, and executing treatments using the latest orthodontic technologies and techniques. Collaborating with a patient-centric team, you will ensure a supportive and comfortable environment for patients throughout their orthodontic journey. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic procedures to assess orthodontic needs Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's conditions and goals Implement and manage orthodontic treatment using braces, aligners, and other appliances Track and adjust treatment progress, making modifications when necessary to optimize outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment options and proper oral hygiene practices Work collaboratively with dental assistants and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments and consultations Stay updated with advancements in orthodontics and incorporate new techniques as appropriate Adhere to safety protocols and ethical standards in patient care Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Board certification in orthodontics is preferred Demonstrated experience in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning Proficient in a variety of orthodontic techniques and appliance management Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field A compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on the patient experience Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance
