Responsibilities Perform detailed examinations of patient specimens, including biopsies and body fluids, to arrive at accurate diagnoses. Interpret laboratory test results and communicate findings effectively to the medical team in a timely manner. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and refine treatment plans based on diagnostic insights. Participate in case reviews and discussions to ensure optimal patient management and care. Stay abreast of the latest developments in pathology through continuous education and training. Medical degree with a specialization in Pathology and relevant licensure. Extensive experience in diagnostic pathology and laboratory practices. Thorough understanding of pathology techniques, methodologies, and potential diagnostic challenges. Expertise in the examination of biological specimens and accurate result interpretation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
