Key Responsibilities: Diagnose pediatric conditions through comprehensive patient assessments Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans Perform complex surgical procedures on children of varying ages Provide postoperative care and monitor recovery to ensure successful outcomes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care Engage in professional development and remain abreast of advancements in the field Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Surgery Board certification in Pediatric Surgery Completion of residency and fellowship training in Pediatric Surgery Demonstrated experience in a range of pediatric surgical procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate approach to pediatric patient care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to lifelong learning and staying current with medical advancements Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
