In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional surgical care tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients diagnosed with various surgical conditions. As a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Surgeon, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing surgical plans, performing complex surgical procedures, and overseeing post-operative care. Your expertise will be fundamental in ensuring the safety and well-being of children requiring surgical intervention. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics of pediatric patients needing surgical intervention Develop individualized surgical treatment plans and communicate them effectively to families Carry out a wide array of pediatric surgical procedures with precision and care Provide postoperative management, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care Participate in educational initiatives to share knowledge and best practices within the team Medical degree and valid board certification in Pediatric Surgery Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship training in Pediatric Surgery Proven experience in conducting pediatric surgical procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work well with children and families Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
