In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering expert surgical care to children facing a range of medical conditions, including congenital defects, trauma, and other surgical needs. Your role will involve diagnosing, treating, and managing pediatric surgical cases with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for your patients. You will work closely with families and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine surgical needs Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition Perform a broad spectrum of pediatric surgical procedures with precision and care Manage postoperative care, ensuring recovery and addressing any complications Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance pediatric surgical practices Medical degree and valid certification in Pediatric Surgery Completion of residency training in General Surgery and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery Significant experience in performing pediatric surgeries Strong analytical and communication skills Compassionate approach to working with pediatric patients and their families Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
