SearchPlus HR is currently looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant/Specialist in Pediatrics to join our reputable healthcare team. In this essential role, you will provide comprehensive medical care tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents. Your expertise will help guide families through health challenges, ensuring the best outcomes for our young patients. As a Consultant/Specialist in Pediatrics, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating various pediatric conditions, conducting routine check-ups, and providing preventive care. You will actively work with families, educating them on health practices and supporting their children’s development at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed medical evaluations, assessments, and examinations for pediatric patients. Diagnose and manage a variety of pediatric illnesses and developmental conditions. Create customized treatment plans and prescriptions, monitoring patient progress. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging to inform treatment options. Collaborate effectively with other health professionals to provide holistic care. Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, nutrition, and preventive care. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and best practices. Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a pediatric residency program with board certification. Current medical license to practice pediatrics in the relevant jurisdiction. Prior experience in a pediatric healthcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric health issues, treatments, and preventive care strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with children and families. Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
